Job Description

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admission process, providing accurate information about the school, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Required skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil – both essential). Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream. Background in education sector is a plus. Pleasant personality, confident speaker, and well-groomed appearance. Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer-facing roles preferred Tech-savvy – familiar with MS Office, emails, CRM tools (if any).
