Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals over the phone, email, or other digital channels. Your goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and prospect new customers through phone calls, emails, and social media
2. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
3. Conduct product demos, presentations, and pitches to customers
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline
5. Manage and update CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and share best practices
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
2. Strong product knowledge and ability to understand complex sales concepts
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
5. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7.Bachelor’s degree preferred
