Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures for NEET Biology syllabus (Class 11 & 12).
  • Design and conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Analyze student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and review study materials, question banks, and model test papers.
  • Stay updated with the latest NEET exam pattern and syllabus changes.
  • Mentor and motivate students to achieve top performance.
  • Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement of teaching strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in biology or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
  • Proven experience teaching biology for NEET (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong command over the subject and NEET syllabus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students in both offline and online modes.
