Job Description
Position Overview:
The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the human resources department’s daily operations, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The position involves administrative tasks, employee coordination, and assisting in the smooth functioning of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Payroll and Benefits Support:
- Assist with payroll processing and verify attendance and leave records.
- Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and leaves.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through regular communication.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and update HR documents, including policies and procedures.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
- Generate HR reports and metrics as required by management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role (freshers with internships are also considered).
