Job Description

Clinic

PeachCare Clinic (Skin & Hair Enhancement)

Location

Chennai (e.g. Adyar or Kilpauk)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective patients, explaining PeachCare’s skin/hair treatments and booking consultations.

  • Maintain and update CRM and patient databases with call logs, appointment schedules, and follow‑ups.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead conversion targets by nurturing potential clients and confirming appointments.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to confirm appointment slots and ensure smooth patient coordination.

  • Provide courteous customer support, answer queries, and assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
