Job Description

This role focuses on attracting enrollments through proactive telecalling. Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

  • Providing detailed information about courses and admission procedures.

  • Following up with leads, handling objections, and nurturing them toward enrollment.

  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems.

  • Coordinating counseling sessions and ensuring communication is timely and clear.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team for campaigns and achieving enrollment targets.

Required skills

Academic qualification: Minimum 1 year of experience required; open to candidates from Chennai regio Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience to handle rejections Experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling is preferred. Organizational ability for multitasking and lead management. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
