Job Description
Position Title: Telecaller
Department: Sales & Client Relations
Reports To: Business Development Manager / Team Lead
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Ayanavaram, Chennai (On-site)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Job Purpose
As a Telecaller at SEO Tech Solution, your primary role is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s digital marketing services, and generate interest or appointments for the sales team. You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing basic information about SEO Tech Solution’s offerings. Your efforts will be essential in driving leads, converting inquiries, and supporting overall business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
- Call potential clients using a prepared database or lead list.
- Introduce SEO Tech Solution’s services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and respond with appropriate information.
Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential leads for digital marketing services.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks for the senior sales team.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM system.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on call status, outcomes, and feedback.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (HSC) or Diploma.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.).
Technical & Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Good listening skills and ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
Work Environment
- On-site, 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
- Office hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
