Job Description

  • Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process for NEET, JEE, and school board exam coaching programs.

  • Provide detailed information about course offerings, fees, schedules, and any special programs.

  • Convert leads into enrollments through counseling, follow-ups, and handling queries.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM.

  • Support marketing campaigns and assist with promotional activities.

Required skills

Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking systems. Graduation in any discipline; prior experience in counseling, sales, or admissions is an advantage. Interpersonal and persuasion skills to handle student and parent inquiries effectively. Organizational ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
