Job Description

Thiruverkadu, Chennai – 600077
(On-site work; no remote option)
Shift & Schedule:
-
Day shift, full-time (Mon–Sat)
Responsibilities:
-
Make outbound calls to prospective clients for interior services
-
Explain company offerings and schedule appointments for on-site visits
-
Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally
-
Maintain proper records of daily calls, follow-ups, and leads
-
Collaborate with sales and design teams to route queries and leads
-
Update CRM entries and call logs regularly
Skills Required:
-
Excellent communication in Tamil and English
-
Good phone etiquette and listening skills
-
Prior experience in telecalling or BPO preferred but not mandatory
-

Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass

Basic computer skills and call handling ability
Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
