Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to HR managers and recruiters at IT/software companies

  • Present Aimore’s candidate pool (freshers & experienced), training courses, and placement services

  • Build relationships with client HRs to understand hiring needs

  • Arrange follow-ups, demos, or meetings for training and placement support

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, feedback

  • Provide service feedback to improve training offerings

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English and Tamil

  • Preferably a degree in any discipline

  • Telecalling or B2B sales experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong communication, persuasion, customer service orientation

  • Familiarity with software/training services is a plus

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month

  • Benefits: Provident Fund, Health Insurance

  • Performance-based incentives (likely in addition to base pay)
