Job Description

Role: Technical Supervisor (Electrical)
Location: Radiance Facility Management site in Tharamani, Chennai (Ramanujan IT City)
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, day shifts
Department: Engineering / Operations / Maintenance

Supervise electrical maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repair.

Key Responsibilities

a. Technical Oversight

  • Ensure all electrical systems—panel boards, wiring, earthing, lighting, UPS, switchgear—are compliant with safety norms and function without disruption.

  • Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and maintenance with the client/end-users.

  • Lead, train, and schedule electrical technicians and electricians.

b. Team Management

  • Conduct daily/weekly briefings; ensure team adherence to SOPs and safe work procedures.

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and address issues proactively.

    Coordination & Escalation

    • Flag urgent or recurring breakdowns early and coordinate actions with procurement and external vendors.

    • Act as main technical contact with the client for service reviews or inspections.
